Aligning with Gravity

Aligning with Gravity is an embodiment practice of grounding, breath, posture, and support.

Through simple standing and movement practices, you learn to release effort, settle into the body, and feel what has been holding you all along.

These practices can be explored at home and are also offered through workshops and retreats as a way of deepening presence and stillness.
