THE ROVING ANTHROPOLOGIST MUSEUM
|
This gallery contains field cards, specimen notes, museum charts, and visual evidence gathered while researching The Roving Anthropologist books. Each begins with something ordinary—a walking stick, a coffee cup, a camper van, or a toilet seat—and follows it into the lives of the people who made it, used it, and gave it meaning.
Anthropology reminds us that nothing human is ever "just" an object. These exhibit cards are the field notes behind the books. I hope they encourage you to look a little closer and discover that ordinary life is one of the world's greatest museums. |
