Pond Map

The Places We Visit in the Frog Pond

The Frog Pond is not only a place. It is a map.

At different times in our lives, we find ourselves spending more time in different parts of the pond. None are better than the others. Each has gifts. Each has challenges. Each offers something we may need.

When you complete the Frog Pond Reflection, you may find yourself drawn toward one of these territories.

Returning to the Pond

The territories are not destinations.

They are places we visit.

At different times we need the Warm Rock.
At different times we need Deep Water.
At different times we need Open Water, Reeds, the Mud Bank, or the Moonlit Shore.

Life moves.

We move with it.

The invitation is not to stay in one territory forever.

The invitation is to notice where you are, what is needed, and what matters now.
Then, when you wander, return.

Return to stillness.

Return to wonder.

Return to belonging.

Return to the pond.

Notice what is here.

Care for what matters.

Appreciate what shines.

Return when you wander.
