The Spiritual Embodiment Ritual
The Spiritual Embodiment Ritual is a short, gentle sequence of grounding, centering, heart awakening, and quiet attention.
It helps the body settle, the mind soften, and awareness return to the present moment.
The ritual can be done seated on the floor or a chair, standing, or lying down.
It may be practiced at home, in nature, or woven quietly into daily life.
This is not a technique to master.
It is a way of remembering yourself.
