The Search

Reflections on a Conscious Life
The Search is a collection of short reflections on presence, meaning, and the possibility of rest in a culture shaped by striving. The essays are not instructional. They are written as companions — meant to be read slowly, returned to, or set down when enough has been said.
The central idea is simple: life does not need to be justified. Meaning is not something added later. It is already present in ordinary moments, in the body as it is, and in the world we are already standing in.
This book can be read in sequence or opened at random. It asks very little of the reader beyond attention.
Available in print and digital formats.
Tai Sheridan is a writer exploring embodied spirituality and the quiet understandings that arise through lived experience. His work reflects a lifelong engagement with contemplative practice and the recognition that being—as it is—is already enough.
